Agent: Pato open to PSG move

AC Milan star Alexandre Pato’s agent has talked up the possibility of a move to Paris St Germain.

Pato, 22, has been linked with a move away from Milan in the January window and recently hinted at a fall-out with coach Massimiliano Allegri.

PSG, whose spending power has increased greatly after their takeover, have apparently already made an offer for the Brazilian forward. With a strong Milan contingent – Carlo Ancelotti and David Beckham are set to join director of football Leonardo – agent Gilmar Veloz says Pato could be tempted.

“Ancelotti is a great coach, Leonardo is a very competent director, David Beckham would be more than just a team-mate and PSG are a club who will become even bigger,” Veloz told L’Equipe.

“It’s all very fascinating and the offer is seductive, but we are not the ones who have to decide. Milan and vice-president Adriano Galliani are the ones who will have to make the decision.

“We are professionals. We’ll sit down around a table and if it is good for Milan and for us then who knows?”
